Whether you are on the East or West side, there is no excuse not to head over to a GV store today. After years of creating designs for clients, GV opened its first retail shop in Lakewood in 2014, soon moving to a bigger space and opening an east side outpost in Willoughby in 2015. However, for the Vlosich family, the passion for Cleveland sports began long before the business. The company that started in the garage of their Lakewood home has now become synonymous with Cleveland sports.
Over the last ten years, GV has continued to set itself apart in an overly saturated market through their ideas and designs. Each shirt is a statement that creates a connection between the fans and the city. They build relationships with pro athletes by focusing on enhancing each players brand, showcasing their personality, and what makes them unique and special. The business will also feature artwork, including some of the Etch-A-Sketch pieces. "It showcases what we do creatively and I think it does. I think people will really enjoy it," says co-owner George Vlosich. The new store on Detroit Road at Larchmont, in Lakewood, is right across the street from the original location. Located in Lakewood, Ohio, just houses from where they grew up, their first location was a huge success. They have since outgrown the original 2 storefronts, and in 2017 moved into a much bigger retail location in Lakewood. "We knew people had, you know, a strong affiliation with Cleveland and wanted to represent it. They just didn't have a great way to do it yet. And it just took off," said Greg.

"We did a, um, kind of full team, one called "The Young Guns" and it's, it really represents every player done in kind of a vintage style" said Greg of the designs. " We did a guard the yard shirt, which is kind of like our official unofficial tagline for it, you know, we know they have the three home games coming up." After going viral, and seeing success after making their first t-shirts, brothers Greg and George Vlosich decided to go into business together with the help of their dad. So will the art/design/advertising business that he’s launched with his father, brother and close friend. And fans weren’t - for baseball in October, GV Art launched two signature shirts plus hoodies for colder games, many of which sold out online within 24 hours.

An FHA loan will come with mandatory mortgage insurance for the life of the loan.

GV’s first athlete collaboration was with the Cleveland Indians’ Goon Squad back in 2013. They took what was a locker room slogan between the players and created an identity around them that took the city by storm—and propelled the team to a memorable playoff run. This was the first of many successful player campaigns which has made GV so sought after by both players and agents. "I think what makes us different is just the creativity behind each design. So we're artists first and foremost," explained Greg Vlosich. "It's, it's cool now, any event that's going on, people know to, you know, see what we have or, or come, come shop at our store." "We were kind of counting on them to clinch maybe Tuesday, Wednesday, and had some designs in the works," said Greg, both he and his brother were out of town that weekend thinking they had time. Vlosich is an Etch-A-Sketch artist and some regard him as the world's best. He started his art when he was 10 years old, fiddling on his mother’s old Etch-A-Sketch in the back seat of the family car during a road trip to Washington, D.C. "We did a, um, kind of full team, one called "The Young Guns" and it's, it really represents every player done in kind of a vintage style" said Greg of the designs. " We did a guard the yard shirt, which is kind of like our official unofficial tagline for it, you know, we know they have the three home games coming up." After going viral, and seeing success after making their first t-shirts, brothers Greg and George Vlosich decided to go into business together with the help of their dad. So will the art/design/advertising business that he’s launched with his father, brother and close friend. And fans weren’t - for baseball in October, GV Art launched two signature shirts plus hoodies for colder games, many of which sold out online within 24 hours.
Over the last ten years, GV has continued to set itself apart in an overly saturated market through their ideas and designs. Since they came to Seattle eight years ago from Vietnam, Chen Dien and his wife Trang Cao have searched for a cup of coffee that could, for a sip, transport them home. When they couldn’t find it, they decided to make it themselves. Back at the shop, Dien and Cao continue to offer a menu that includes espresso-based drinks alongside drinks made through traditional Vietnamese phin brewing devices. "People think [Robusta] is just cheap coffee. It's something you use for instant coffee, $2-$3 collars a cup," said Dien.

Columbia City’s Vietnamese cafe Coffeeholic House opened its second location in Greenwood at the beginning of October. Sourcing coffee directly from Vietnam, Coffeeholic offers modern takes on traditional Vietnamese drinks, like its ube latte (Purple Haze), and best-seller Coffeeholic Dream, made with salted cheese foam. About two months after their dash to Las Vegas, the Stahls decided to drive up to this mystery spot and have a look around. They found themselves gawping at the entirety of Los Angeles spread out below in a grid that went on for an eternity or two. In the kismet-filled conversation that followed, Buck agreed to buy the barren one-eighth-acre lot for $13,500, with $100 down and the seller maintaining the mortgage until the Stahls paid it off.

If you do not want to use your own fonts, you can also use the app to choose from a number of fonts that are available on the app. Once you have created your own designs, you can send them to the Cricut Design Space app.

There is an FAQ section which is easy to find and is very informative. It has answers to many different questions that may be asked. There is also an “Ask A Question” section, which is perfect for those who are having trouble finding a particular answer. If you want to keep S mode, you will have to get another device to use Design Space. If you turn S mode off, you can only get it back by resetting your device to factory settings (i.e., you can’t just turn it back on).
About this app
Free Cricut Design Space users can now get access to the same features as paid members. Once Cricut Design Space opens, you will be directed to Cricut.com to create an account. Once you open an account, you will be directed back to Cricut Design Space where you can log in. The developer, Najma Kousar, indicated that the app’s privacy practices may include handling of data as described below. In the Settings window, select the Machines tab option in the top row, then click the Start button next to New Product Setup. Otherwise, open the pulldown menu next to your profile picture in the top righthand corner of the Home screen.
App support
We demonstrate how to use the Offset function in Design Space to make projects, including a cake topper and sticker. This course will introduce you to the new Layers Panel and Combine Menu. These new features will allow you to combine objects without fear or committment. Every action can now be adjusted or undone and seen through the new Layers Panel.
Before you can use your Cricut machine, you need to register it. The process is fairly straightforward and if you follow the prompts in Design Space it should take a couple of minutes. If you don’t have an account, select “Create Cricut ID” to create a new username (your email address) and enter a new password. Cricut Design Space® is a companion app that works with Cricut Maker™ and Cricut Explore® family smart cutting machines. Privacy Policy and Terms of Use of the application can be found in the respective developers website. Since it was a project I imported, I couldn't choose the card size.

The functionality of the Cricut Design Space app is very good. It has a variety of templates to choose from, which can be manipulated and adjusted to create a personalized design. There are also a variety of design categories to choose from.
If you can’t download Design Space from the Cricut website to your Windows computer, you probably have a Windows 11 machine in S mode. S mode does not allow you to download any software (app) that is not found in the Microsoft Store. Design Space for desktop or laptop can only be downloaded from the Cricut website.

That works out to just $87.25 per person, per night, with taxes and fees, for a package that includes your lodging, transportation and meals. Only the Voyagers Club member who makes the final payment for the onboard expenses will receive those points. For prepaid expenses, points will be equally distributed among the cabin occupants. For a sailing of under five nights, for instance, your earnings would range from 200 to 800 points depending on the experience you book.

The smaller ships also appeal to a subset of MSC Cruises fans who are willing to give up some onboard amenities in exchange for intimacy. MSC Grandiosa, MSC Virtuosa and MSC Euribia, which debuted in 2019, 2021 and 2023, respectively, are a tad longer than MSC Bellissima and MSC Meraviglia and are considered a subset of the class known as Meraviglia Plus. They each can hold 4,842 passengers at double occupancy — 6,334 passengers if every last pulldown bunk and pullout sofa is filled. The good news for those of you trying to get a handle on all the options is that the 22 ships in the MSC Cruises fleet can easily be bunched into just six groups of vessels that have similar amenities.
Every MSC Cruises ship has a casino, and on the line's larger vessels, they are big operations. Le Grand Casino on MSC Grandiosa, for instance, has 164 slot machines, 12 table games (including blackjack, roulette and poker) and its own bar. MSC Cruises voyages in Europe are often heavily filled with Europeans speaking Italian, German, Spanish and French, as well as some English speakers. In Europe, the line offers onboard programming in all five of these languages (all crew members speak English no matter where the ships are sailing). In addition to all the above, MSC Group — the line's parent company — has announced plans for yet another class of big ships to start arriving later this decade, though few details have been released. MSC Group is also developing a series of small luxury vessels that'll operate under a separate brand called Explora Journeys.

While World-class ships are being built to hold nearly 7,000 passengers with every berth full, the line's four oldest vessels (known as the Lirica class) are only designed to carry about 2,000 passengers at maximum occupancy. For cruises that are five to nine nights in length, you'd earn from 500 to 1,500 points depending on the experience. Members earn points based on the length of the cruises they take and which "experience" they book on those sailings. There are four different "experiences" you can book on an MSC Cruises sailing, each with different inclusions and price points. The most basic "Bella" experience will get you fewer points than the top "MSC Yacht Club" experience. For cruises in the Caribbean, South America and South Africa, as well as on MSC Grand Voyages going to Europe and to Australia, the onboard currency is the U.S. dollar. Passengers can chat with friends and family on board ships even if they don't have an internet package by downloading the MSC for Me app to a smart device.
